If you've worked at a large supplier, you know the pattern: the rep takes the order, throws it over a wall, and nobody owns it after that. We don't work that way, because it doesn't work.
Here the person who takes the referral stays on it through prior authorization, delivery and fitting. That means more to learn and more to carry — and it means when a patient gets their chair, you know exactly who made that happen.

Mobility specialist / consultant
The front line. You meet patients at bedside, in clinic or at home, work with the treating practitioner on the order and the necessity language, take measurements, assess the residence, and own the file until the equipment is delivered.
ATP & complex rehab
Seating and positioning for Group 3 power chairs, custom manual chairs and tilt-in-space systems. Assessment, configuration, line-item justification, and the delivery and fitting that follow.
Delivery & service technician
Setup in the home, patient and caregiver training, adjustments, repairs and maintenance on rented equipment. You're often the last person a patient sees and the one they remember.
Intake & documentation
Assembling packets, chasing signatures and dates, checking face-to-face windows, submitting prior authorizations to the MAC, AHCCCS and Nevada Medicaid, and working denials and appeals.
Billing & reimbursement
Claims, HCPCS coding, payer follow-up, patient responsibility, and the audit trail that has to hold up if anyone ever looks.
