For patients & caregivers
Someone comes to you. Nothing gets mailed back and forth.
You should not have to project-manage your own wheelchair. If your doctor has said you need equipment — or you think you might — call us and we'll take it from there.
What to expect
- A representative meets you at home, in the hospital, or at your clinic visit
- We work directly with your doctor's office for the order and records
- We verify your benefits and tell you your expected cost before delivery
- We check your home fits the equipment — doorways, hallways, bathroom
- Delivery, setup and hands-on training in your home, not a loading dock
- Rented equipment is maintained and repaired at no cost to you
- If something doesn't fit or work for you, we take it back
The one thing that speeds this up
Almost every delay comes from the same place: the doctor's note says what the diagnosis is, but not what you can't do at home because of it. That sentence is what the insurance reviewer is looking for, and without it the file comes back no matter how obvious the need is.
We have a one-page checklist of exactly what your physician needs to write down. Print it, bring it to the appointment, and hand it over. Two minutes of their time can save two months of yours.
What it costs
We bill your plan directly — you are not chasing reimbursement. Under Medicare Part B a deductible and 20% coinsurance typically apply. We tell you what your share is expected to be before anything is delivered, and if an item isn't covered we say so in writing first.
Common questions
Before you call.
Do I need a prescription first?
No. Call us first if you want. We'll tell you what your doctor will need to document, and we'll work with their office to get it — you don't have to arrive with paperwork in hand.
How long does it take?
As fast as 3–5 weeks from referral to delivered equipment when the documentation is complete. The timeline belongs to your insurance plan, not to us — what we control is making sure the file doesn't get sent back for a missing note.
Do you come to me?
Yes. Assessment, fitting and delivery happen where the equipment will actually be used. A chair that fits in the showroom but not through your bathroom door is not a fitted chair.
What if it doesn't work out?
If something doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, we take it back. Rented equipment is maintained and repaired at no charge for as long as you have it.
Please don't send patient details through the website form — it isn't a secure channel. Call (480) 940-7676 and we'll take them over the phone.
