Every category below carries its own Medicare coverage criteria and its own paperwork. What each one requires is listed with it — take it to the appointment, or send us the referral and we'll assemble it with you.
Wound care supplies
Surgical dressings, negative pressure wound therapy pumps and supplies, pressure-redistribution surfaces, and compression including the Part B lymphedema benefit. Supplied to the home for pressure injuries, diabetic and venous ulcers, surgical and traumatic wounds.
Power wheelchairs
Captain's seat through sling, solid and rehab seating, including multiple power options, tilt, recline, power seat elevation and expandable electronics. Group 3 requires a qualifying neurological, myopathic or congenital skeletal diagnosis.
Custom manual wheelchairs
Ultralightweight manual chairs for full-time users, custom tilt-in-space for patients who cannot independently reposition, plus seating, cushions, backs, laterals and positioning hardware.
Standard & transport wheelchairs
Standard manual and transport chairs for patients with a mobility limitation that impairs activities of daily living in the home, where a caregiver is available to assist or the patient can self-propel.
Scooters
Power-operated vehicles for patients who can safely transfer on and off and operate the tiller, but cannot complete daily activities without assistance.
Semi-electric hospital beds
For patients whose condition requires frequent position changes, head elevation, or attachments a standard bed cannot support. Delivered and set up in the home.
Orthotic bracing
Off-the-shelf, custom-fitted and custom-fabricated orthoses. Custom items carry documentation of the modifications made and why a standard brace is insufficient.
Diabetic footwear
Therapeutic depth shoes and custom-molded shoes with inserts, for patients with diabetes and a qualifying foot condition — prior ulceration, pre-ulcerative callus, deformity, neuropathy with callus, amputation or poor circulation.
Walkers, rollators & aids
Standard folding walkers, heavy-duty walkers, rollators, and related aids to daily living including bedside commodes. Rollators require justification of why a standard walker is insufficient.

This list covers what we supply most often, not everything we can source. If an item is outside it, the answer depends on the payer and the code — and that's a two-minute phone call, not a research project.
Before any of it ships
Nearly every category above needs a written order, a face-to-face examination note dated inside the window the code requires, and a medical-necessity narrative that ties the equipment to a documented limitation in the home. Several also need a specialty evaluation and prior authorization.
